Founded by Aimee Botes, XO Club Promotions is a South African casting and talent agency specialising in models, promotional staff, influencers, brand ambassadors, event hostesses, UGC creators, actors, DJs and musicians.
Built on years of industry experience, we connect premium brands with carefully curated talent for luxury events, influencer campaigns, commercial productions and brand activations. Our Story
XO Club Promotions was born from a passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to raise the standard of talent representation in South Africa.
Aimee began her journey in entertainment at just eight years old before working as a promotional hostess from the age of sixteen. After studying at the National School of the Arts, travelling internationally for dance and modelling opportunities, and completing a degree in Information Science at the University of Pretoria, she gained first-hand insight into every aspect of the industry.
Through years of experience working with leading brands, productions and creatives, Aimee recognised a growing need for an agency that genuinely cared about both its clients and its talent. She saw talented individuals entering the rapidly growing world of influencer marketing and digital content without the guidance, protection or professional representation they deserved.

Aimee Botes is a model, actress, creative and entrepreneur with extensive experience across the entertainment, fashion and promotional industries.
Throughout her career, she has worked with internationally recognised brands and productions, including Tyla for Showmax, Caster Semenya for OMO, Engine USA, Vital Vitamins and Betway. She was also awarded the international title of Miss Supertalent in Vietnam, giving her valuable global insight into the modelling and entertainment industries.
Today, Aimee leads XO Club Promotions with a people-first approach, creating opportunities for talent while helping brands build authentic connections through professionalism, creativity and trust.
